Deep from the Bottom - RISING UP !!!

Deep from the bottom.  
sandy dark waters swirling, stirring the mud.

jumped in.  touched the bottom and touched the center of the earth.
where volcano lava flows.  hot hot.
you can feel the earth ready to explode under the surface

dark hot waters where your core shadows roam.

pressure building up
pushing you higher from the bottom.

once you touch down
all you gotta do is touch that HOT SPOT
which will propel you to the TOP.

bouncing off the bottom.

RUSHING to the top.
Wave riding in the sunshine.

High in the sunshine!
New from the water rushing all around you
Cleaning you.
Healing you.
Higher higher higher

grounded in my self again

drop the roots.
into the ground
down thru my soul
and deeper still
deeper deeper
deeper into the ground

i am taking this as my own
this earth is where my roots will drop into the ground
and take deep claim over this single plot of space
where my heart will grow

drop the roots
and raise the branches

reach up to the sunshine
strong busy arms
pull up to the sky
and claim the rays of light
coming down from the sky
your blessings
your gifts  from source
rain and light
and all that you need to grow

you are grounded here in your plot of land
not a seed blowing in the wind
but a strong tree planted in the space that will hold you for now
taking your roots and nourishing your limbs
